RIDER WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I agree to operate the scooter in a safe and responsible manner and to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, traffic regulations, posted signs, and safety requirements.

I understand that riding an electric scooter involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions with vehicles, pedestrians, fixed objects, road hazards, weather conditions, equipment misuse, and other unforeseen circumstances that may result in serious injury, permanent disability, or death.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with renting and operating a RentedAir scooter, whether known or unknown, including risks arising from my own actions, omissions, negligence, lack of attention, excessive speed, unsafe operation, or failure to follow traffic laws or safety instructions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I accept full responsibility for any injury, death, property damage, financial loss, legal claim, or other damages resulting from my actions while operating a RentedAir scooter.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Damage to the rented scooter.
• Damage to public or private property.
• Injury to pedestrians, passengers, or other individuals.
• Injury or death to myself or others resulting from my actions.
• Medical expenses, hospital bills, rehabilitation costs, ambulance fees, and related healthcare expenses.
• Legal costs, judgments, settlements, fines, penalties, and attorney's fees arising from my conduct.

I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RentedAir LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, demands, lawsuits, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to my use of the scooter, my violation of any law, or my negligent or wrongful conduct, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I release and discharge RentedAir LLC and its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from liability for claims arising from my use of the scooter, except where such liability cannot legally be waived, including liability resulting from gross negligence, reckless misconduct, or intentional wrongdoing where prohibited by law.

By accepting this Agreement, I acknowledge that:

• I have carefully read and understand this Waiver and Release of Liability.
• I understand the risks associated with operating an electric scooter.
• I voluntarily accept these risks.
• I agree to be fully responsible for my own actions while operating the scooter.
• I understand that this Agreement is legally binding to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
