Rented Air strongly recommends that every rider wear a properly fitted helmet that meets applicable safety standards.
Riders are responsible for obtaining and wearing their own helmet. Wearing additional protective equipment, such as reflective clothing, closed-toe shoes, and gloves, is also encouraged.

Unlike many other transportation options, you don't need a special license to rent and ride one of our scooters. All you need is a valid driver's license and a sense of adventure.

By using a Rented Air scooter, you acknowledge that riding an electric scooter involves inherent risks, including the possibility of falls, collisions, serious injury, or property damage. Rented Air reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates this Safety Policy, our Terms of Service, or applicable laws. Riders may also be responsible for damages resulting from misuse, negligence, vandalism, theft, or unauthorized modifications.
